Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All printing orders are processed only after full payment and final design approval from the customer.
  • Production time varies depending on the product type and quantity. Standard turnaround time is 2 to 7 working days.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and Shiprocket.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, package size, and destination and will be displayed during checkout or
    shared before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

  1. Estimated delivery times:
  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other locations: 4–7 working days

Return & Replacement Policy

1. Custom Products

  • All our products are custom-printed as per the customer’s design and specifications. Hence, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless
    there is a verified defect.

2. Defective or Damaged Items Received

  • If the delivered product has a tampered or damaged outer box/packaging, do not accept the package. Instead, click a clear photo and send it to us while refusing the delivery. This will help us initiate a replacement order quickly, even before the damaged item is returned for investigation.
  • the package appears intact but the product inside is found damaged, we will help you resolve the issue. However, if you have an unboxing video, we can promptly arrange a replacement without any dispute.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once the defect is verified, we will reprint and ship the product at no extra cost.
  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered if a reprint is not feasible.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

  • We do not accept returns or replacements for:

   – Minor color variations (due to screen vs. print difference)
   – Errors in artwork/text provided by the customer
   – Delay caused by incorrect delivery address

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the printing process has started.
  • Cancellations requested before production may be accepted at our discretion and subject to deduction of administrative charges (if applicable).
