2. Products & Services

• All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer during the order process.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, including design files and text content, is accurate and correctly formatted.

• Printing Sewa is not responsible for errors in the final output caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Orders can be placed online via our website or through direct communication.

• Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no changes or cancellations are allowed unless approved by our team.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or breach of our terms.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any payment card information.

5. Design & File Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution, print-ready files.
• We recommend using CMYK color mode and proper bleed margins.
• Printing Sewa is not liable for low-quality prints resulting from poor file quality or color mismatches unless caused by our error.

6. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Estimated turnaround time and delivery schedule will be shared upon order confirmation.
• We strive to meet delivery deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and location.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a printing defect or mistake on our part.

• Refunds or replacements are only processed after proper verification.

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on this website are the property of Printing Sewa unless otherwise stated.
• Customers retain rights to their designs, but grant us permission to use them for production purposes only.

9. User Conduct

• Users must not upload any content that is offensive, illegal, copyrighted without permission, or harmful in nature.

• We reserve the right to remove any content or refuse service to anyone violating our policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Printing Sewa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.
